Unit Head Field Collections & Recoveries Grade: SVP-I to EVP-I Location: Lahore |
• Monitor daily activities/performance of field staff, team meeting at start and at end of day, and guide them towards daily targets. • Maintaining the performance MIS & its timely reporting. • To Check the Field Collections staff working on regular intervals and ensure that the staff put due Collection/Recovery effort on every case. • Monitoring targets on daily/weekly/monthly basis so that assigned targets can be achieved. • To track & explore key portfolio health indicators for better & sustainable Collection/Recovery numbers. • To ensure Preparation of MISs showing the field monitoring trends on and maintaining this MIS on regular basis. • To implement account level customer review to know the bottom line reason of default (if required). • Handle delinquent customer(s) complaints and provide instant Solution/Coordination with other departments i.e. (Contact Centre/ Card Operations/Credit initiation/FRMU etc.) regarding Customer queries and Issues. • Must be compliant with Code of Conduct, approved processes, Procedure(s) and Policies. • To maintain office decorum and office discipline. Ensuring strict compliance of process, procedures & bank policies for self & DRs. • To have a strong eye on fraud accounts & timely reporting to Fraud Unit for formal investigation. |
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university. Experience: Minimum 08 to 12 Years of relevant Banking/Non Banking experience Age: Not more than 55 Years as on date of application |
