How to Apply?
- The Soni Jawari Center for Public Policy Chief Minister Secretariat, Gilgit-Baltistan requires the services of educated with working experience in the Social Sector as a Social Mobilizer/ Community Advocacy Counsellor to undertake the following task-oriented responsibilities:
- Explain project objectives to the focused group (Community/Village Societies/Beneficiary Community etc.)
- Responsible for the coverage in media for the activities with specific aims and objectives.
- Assist the Center in implementing the projects by mobilizing the Communities.
- Assist the Center in data collection (Household profiling and other required formats), and data punching in approved database format. e. Assist the Center in conducting workshops, Community mobilization campaigns, training, and awareness sessions.
- Explain the aims and objectives and their benefits to the focused group in the short and long run.
- Frequent field visits to the project sites as and when required for any monitoring or data or information collection.
- Identify and report social issues, conflicts and problems impeding project implementation and assist the Center to overcome the identified issues.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and submit them to the Center.
- Establish good working relationships between the community/focused group and the Center.
- Assist the Center in regular monitoring of the projects under execution.
- Assist the Center to ensure the integration of social mobilization activities of the projects through review meetings.
- Any other task assigned by Soni Jawari Center for Public Policy.
