Contract Management Consultant |
• At least 8 years of experience in Contract Management, Assignment Comparison, LTO One Standard TOR. <br> • In-depth knowledge of Contract Law, Procurement Regulations, and best practices. <br> • Proven experience in Contract Regulation and Dispute Resolution. <br> • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. <br> • Proficiency in Contract Management software and tools is required. |
• Master's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, Contract Law, or Project Management, or any related field from a locally recognized or foreign university with 16 years of education. <br> • Duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). <br> • Degree in Project Contract Management and Supply Chain Management will be given due importance. |
