Implementation & Coordination Wing, S&GAD invites applications from eligible candidates of Punjab domicile for recruitment against the following positions on contract basis under the development project titled "Establishment of Chief Minister's Crime Surveillance Unit (CSU), I&C Wing, S&GAD."

2	Machine Learning Expert (PPS-10)	01	• M.S in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science or relevant field. <br> • At least 3 years of experience in relevant field. Certification in Machine Learning is preferred.	Minimum 35 years
3	Cyber Security Expert (PPS-09)	01	• M.S in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, IT Security or in relevant field. <br> • 06 years of experience. Specialization in Network Security, Ethical Hacking, Cloud Security, or in relevant field will be preferred.	Minimum 35 years
4	Data Analysts (PPS-09)	03	• A Master's degree or equivalent, 18 years of education in Computer Science with specialization in Data Analysis, Data Informatics, Data Science and Inferential Statistics. <br> • 05 years of relevant experience.	30-40 Years
5	Software Engineers / Programmer (PPS-08)	03	• A Master's degree or equivalent, 18 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineer, System Design and System Architecture or in relevant fields. <br> • 05 years of relevant experience.	28-35 Years
6	DB Resource (PPS-08)	01	• A Master's degree or equivalent, 18 years of education in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineer, Database Management System or in relevant fields. <br> • 05 years of relevant experience.	28-35 Years
7	Office Manager (PPS-07)	01	• A Master's degree or BS (4-years) degree in relevant field like Management Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration or in relevant fields. <br> • 05 years of relevant experience.	22-35 Years
8	Research Associate (PPS-07)	04	• Master's degree (16 years of education) in a relevant field like Public Policy, Social Sciences, Statistics or in relevant field. <br> • M. Phil (18 years of education) will be preferred in relevant field and Proficiency in software like SPSS, STATA, MS Excel, or other relevant tools. <br> • 02 years of relevant experience shall be preferred.	22-35 Years
9	Statistician	01	• MSc or M.Phil in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Biostatistics or Data Science. Proficiency in software tools like SPSS, STATA, MS Excel or other relevant tools. <br> • At least 2 years of experience in data handling for companies, research centers, government agencies designing surveys, experiment, and reports using tools like STATA, SQL, and Power BI.	Minimum 35 years
10	Office Assistant (PPS-05)	03	• A bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or equivalent. <br> • Preference for having 01 year of relevant experience.	21-35 years
11	Driver (PPS-01)	02	• Minimum Middle School pass grade. <br> • At least 02 years of professional driving experience.	25-40 years
12	Naib Qasid (PPS-01)	03	• Minimum Middle School pass grade. <br> • At least 1 year of experience in office support or related roles.	18-30 years

General Instructions:

1. Applications must be submitted online through the Punjab Government Job Portal at https://www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk and also sent via courier service, along with a covering letter containing a CV, two recent passport size photographs, attested copies of academic and experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and the duly filled prescribed proforma application form, so as to reach the office of the Section Officer (Development), Government of the Punjab, I&C Wing, S&GAD, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore, by the specified deadline.
2. In case of other relevant degrees, the equivalence certificate issued by the HEC / Competent Forum will be provided by the candidate.
3. The contract appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, job / post specific, non-pensionable & conferring no right for regularization.
4. Failure in forwarding applications either by portal or courier service within the prescribed time limit shall stand rejected forthwith.
5. Only relevant and post qualification experience shall be considered; however, internship / training period will not be considered as an experience.
6. All applications must reach by courier latest by 21.07.2025 before closing hours (i.e. 5:00 pm) with clearly indicating the name of post applied on the upper right corner of the envelope/application, otherwise application would not be considered.
7. Separate form and envelope should be used for each post in case of a candidate opting to apply for two or more posts.
8. All eligible Government Servants may also apply for any post through proper channel / NOC.
9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
10. No TA / DA would be admissible for interview.
11. The number of posts can be increased or decreased with the approval of Competent Authority before the recruitment process attains finality.
12. Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the whole recruitment process at any stage whatsoever.
13. Both male and female candidates, meeting the above criteria, can apply for the relevant positions.
