(i) At least Second Division Graduation from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). (ii) Six (06) months certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education Trade Testing Board. |
i. Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation Category with a minimum of 40 marks conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and possess its certificate as required for appointment to the said posts.
ii. The age of applicants who applied for the test before the announcement of Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation in Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024, dated October 16, 2024, will be calculated from the last date of application submission, i.e., 30.11.2021. The upper age limit will be 15 years. However, for those applying after the announcement of the above rules, the 15 years upper age limit will be calculated from 12-05-2025 as provided in the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department's notification No. SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 02-12-2025.
iii. The quota share allocated for initial appointment will be implemented according to the Government of Sindh's law/rules/policy.
iv. Applicants who are already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
v. Appointment will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh under the provisions of 26.04.2023 and Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules, as amended from time to time.
vi. Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents for the interview according to the schedule to be uploaded on the job portal.
vii. TA/DA will not be given for the interview.
