Advertisement for Recruitment of Daily Paid / Contingent Paid Staff
This is to inform everyone through this advertisement that the Rice Research Institute, Kala Shah Kaku, requires 02 Daily Paid / Contingent Paid Staff (Daily Wage Laborers) for Project No. 267-23 under the PARB Project. The project duration is from July 2025 to June 2030, and residents of Punjab province are eligible. Interested individuals can submit their applications along with their ID card and phone number by 11.08.2025 during office hours. Candidates will be informed about the interview via phone.
Terms and Conditions:
- Daily Paid / Contingent Paid Staff (who are healthy) will be recruited according to government standards/rules, considering their skills for the relevant duration.
- The recruitment of Daily Paid / Contingent Paid Staff will be done periodically as per requirement throughout the year.
- Daily Paid / Contingent Paid Staff will be paid according to the government's prescribed rate for the number of days they work.
- In case of unsatisfactory performance, the competent authority will have the right to dismiss the appointed Daily Paid / Contingent Paid Staff from the project and recruit new Daily Paid / Contingent Paid Staff.
- The competent authority will have the right to dismiss Daily Paid / Contingent Paid Staff at any time.
- Daily Paid / Contingent Paid Staff will not have any right to be regularized.
- Daily Paid / Contingent Paid Staff will not be allowed to take leave without prior notice.
- Residents of Sheikhupura district with experience in rice cultivation will be preferred.
- Accommodation facilities will not be available in this institute.
