Job Details
- Position: Director General (Taxes)
- Organization: Board of Revenue, Punjab (BoR)
- Contract Type: MPS-II, Contract Basis
- Responsibilities: Tax administration and revenue collection.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Ph.D. in relevant fields with 10 years of post-qualification experience in government sector, including at least two years as Deputy Commissioner/District Collector or above in taxation and revenue generation.
- OR, 16 years of education in relevant fields with 14 years of post-qualification experience in government sector, including at least two years as Deputy Commissioner/District Collector or above in taxation and resource generation.
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years (as of the application closing date).
- Tenure: Three years, extendable.
- Termination: On completion of tenure or one month's notice from either side.
- Pay Package: MPS-II of Management Pay Scales (MPS) of Punjab 2023. Monetization component will not be provided if an official vehicle, POL, etc. is provided.
