- Male / Female applicants having Domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.
- Candidate already in service may apply through proper channel. Three years experience of regular service is essential for adhoc appointment in institution policy.
- Candidate applying that they fulfill the experience criteria should attach experience certificate along with application.
- Short listing criteria will be determined as per institutional policy & Government of Punjab S&GAD & Recruitment Policy, 2004.
- Upper age limit shall be relaxable as per Punjab Government Policy.
- Applications in upper age limit shall be dealt as per S&AD / Institution / Government of Punjab Recruitment Policy, 2004 as amended from time to time.
- Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2004.
- A candidate can apply for one post only. If he/she apply for more posts, he/she have to submit separate application form for each post.
- Candidates applying from other country / university should apply through proper channel / foreign HEC recognized university and be registered with Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.
- Only the degree issued by the university / institute recognized by foreign HEC accredited university / institute / authority will be accepted.
- Submission of fake/fabricated/bogus documents may lead to serious consequences/action, and the application will be rejected during scrutiny / interview or during service.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any level / stage without assigning any reason.
- Documents are complete and the candidate must make sure before applying that they fulfil the eligibility criterion under the specific service rules relating to the posts as mentioned here under.
- The appointment will be made strictly in accordance with the rules and policies. The appointee will have no right to regularisation unless the post is advertised and regularized / recognized by the FMP or any recognized by Public Institution of Punjab.
- The Competent authority is authorized to stop the entry of any candidate in shortlisting / scrutiny / interview of any / all posts as per prevailing circumstances.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appointment in test / interview.
- The Candidates are required to apply for the post within 15 days after the Publication of Advertisement and submit their duly filled in application form along with photocopies of all relevant academic certificates / Degrees / Diplomas / valid registration / experience certificate if applicable / all other relevant documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, experience certificate if any.
