General Information for Temporary / Non Consultancy / PLA Basis posts:
- Applications should be submitted on the prescribed proforma (available on along with attested copies of documents (CNIC, Domicile, Academic & Experience Certificates) to the Admin Branch, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi, through courier by 02nd April, 2026 (Thursday).
- Selection shall be made on a Temporary / Non-Consultancy / PLA basis, strictly on merit against the posts created by the BOM / Administrative Committee.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to make any change in policy, schedule, or number of posts, etc.
- Appointment on a Temporary / Non-Consultancy / PLA basis shall not confer any right upon the appointee for regular appointment.
- The Competent Authority is authorized to terminate the services of an appointee engaged on a Temporary / Non-Consultancy / PLA basis without assigning any reason or prior notice on account of poor performance, undesirable conduct, or unauthorized / willful absence from duty.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any time.
- General relaxation in the upper age limit shall be granted in accordance with Government policy.
- A monthly package, equivalent to the relevant BPS, will be offered as approved by the Administrative Committee as well as by the Government.
- Quotas reserved for disabled persons, children of employees, women, and minorities shall be observed as per Government policy.
- Candidates possessing higher qualifications, relevant experience, or experience in cardiac hospitals will be given preference.
- Candidates who are Government servants or working in autonomous institutions should apply through the proper channel.
- The schedule for the test / interview will be communicated telephonically only to the eligible candidates after scrutiny of the applications.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
