CAREER OPPORTUNITY
CHIEF RISK OFFICER (CRO)
PRSP, a leading development organization in Punjab, seeks a strategic Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to strengthen its integrated risk governance, working closely with it and to effectively operationalize this function.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
a) MS Risk Management OR
b) Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting from a reputable HEC recognized University or a Member of the Professional Accounting body (e.g., CA, CIMA, ACCA) along with professional certification from any of the following:
Experience:
a) Eight years experience in risk management, compliance, or audit, preferably in NGOs/development sectors for Master's degree holders or four years experience for Members of Professional bodies.
b) Strong analytical, leadership, and management skills.
Assessment Interview:
Only shortlisted applicants meeting the above eligibility criteria will be invited for interview.
Employment Type:
The employment will be on contractual basis for one year which may be renewed on satisfactory completion of one year. Selected candidate will be offered market competitive package.
