2. In case of foreign qualification, equivalence certificate issued by the PM&DC will be required.

3. RESEARCH PAPERS: Only those research papers/articles which have been published in book form or in a journal before the closing date shall be considered. Review articles, case reports/series, newsletters, editorials, and letters to the editor shall not be considered as research papers. Only original research work shall be considered. Research published in local journals should be recognized by the PM&DC. The applicants will have to attach a certificate issued by the PM&DC in this regard.

EXPERIENCES:

1. Experience in Government Department means experience gained as a regular employee after acquiring the prescribed qualification.
2. Experience in Private Department means experience gained in a recognized institution/organization after acquiring the prescribed qualification.
