Position Available
Deputy Program Officer (Occupational Health and Safety - OHS)
- Total Posts: 01 (Lahore Based)
- Note: Requires field visits for program activities.
Required Qualification & Experience
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s (04 Years) / Master’s or higher degree in Environmental Engineering/Sciences or Occupational Health & Safety from HEC recognized institutes.
- Certification in NEBOSH IGC and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor will be considered an asset.
Experience:
- Minimum 07 years of relevant professional experience in implementing and monitoring OHS systems for infrastructure projects.
- Experience with donor-funded programs (e.g., World Bank or ADB) is preferred.
- Proven expertise in OHS management plans, hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA), and compliance with safety regulations.
- Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, safety inspections, audits, and conducting training/toolbox talks.
- Understanding of the World Bank’s Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) is essential.

- Maximum age limit is 45 years.
