CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR THE POST OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Government of the Punjab has established PLDDB, under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1954. PLDDB is looking for a dynamic and visionary professional to lead the company in promoting sustainable livestock and dairy development and help realize the vision of the government. The position requires entrepreneurial spirit, strategic planning, awareness of latest trends and experience of Agriculture and Livestock sectors at national and international levels.
The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of International trade in the related sector, international food safety and hygiene requirements, awareness of government regulations, corporate governance paradigm, etc. The opening provides excellent opportunity for an individual with a proven track record and experience at policy implementation and overall management to enhance productivity, innovation and investment in the sector. The candidate should possess leadership qualities, high level of integrity and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in similar environment will be given preference. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
At least a master's degree or 16 years of education equivalent in Agriculture or Veterinary or Management Sciences or Business Administration from an HEC recognized institute or university. A combination of diversified qualification in above mentioned related fields would be an added advantage. Additional marks will also be given for higher and foreign qualifications. At least 15 years of experience, having at least 5 years at senior level leadership/administration position in Policy, Planning, Development and financial/business management role in Public or Private Sector organizations. Experience in Section 42 Company would be an additional advantage.

Initial term of 3 years, extendable by an additional 2 years based on performance evaluation by the Board of Directors (Maximum Five Years)
