Deputy Director (Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness)

The candidate will assist the Director Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness in implementing the College's Quality Policy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting all operational affairs of the cell in enhancing academic standards, reviewing teaching quality and drafting preliminary reports for internal/external reviews (RIPE and PREE).

Masters/MPhil or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in a relevant field with three years of relevant experience OR Masters or equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in relevant field with five years of relevant experience.

REQUIREMENTS
- The applicants must have excellent communication and knowledge imparting skills.
- Fluency and proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- HEC MPhil Equivalence certificate is required for applicants with Master's degree.

- Cover Letter along with detailed resumé, two passport size photographs, attested copies of CNIC and all relevant documents (experience letters, last drawn salary slip, domicile, medical/fitness certificate and other certificates mentioned in the resumé).
- Complete contact details as well as names and contact details of two referees.
- All degrees must be from HEC recognized institutions with no 3rd division in the entire academic career.
- Foreign Degree holders must provide an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission.
- Part-time, honorary/visiting, apprenticeship and internee experience will not be considered as work experience.
- Work Experience of the formal sector will only be considered.
- The candidate must be computer proficient.
- The minimum age of the applicant should be 25 years.
- Applicants serving in Government/Semi-Government and autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel, accompanied by NOC from the employer, and if selected will be responsible for getting themselves relieved properly from their department/institution on the specified date of joining.
