Terms and Conditions:
- Applications should be sent to GPO Box No. 07 Mardan within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.
- 1. All recruitments will be made under the provincial government's laws, policy, and rules and regulations.
- 2. Candidates must be within the required age limit, which will be determined from the last date of application submission.
- 3. Candidates should send their applications along with educational certificates, domicile, experience certificates, National Identity Card copy, attested copies of National Identity Card and two recent passport size photographs to P.O. Box No. 07 Mardan through registered mail within fifteen (15) days of the advertisement's publication.
- 4. Candidates must send a postal order of Rs. 400 to P.O. Box No. 07 Mardan. The postal order can be obtained from any post office. (Applications without a postal order will be rejected).
- 5. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
- 6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview, for which call letters will be issued.
- 7. Applicants must present original documents at the time of the test/interview. No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for the interview.
- 8. Candidates providing fake documents or false information may be disqualified for recruitment/selection.
- 9. If an applicant is already working in a government, semi-government, or autonomous institution, they will be required to bring an NOC from their institution at the time of the interview.
- 10. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage or to decrease or increase the number of vacancies as needed, or to fill or not fill the post.
