Job Announcement
A Public Sector Company established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is seeking to fill the vacant position of Manager HR & Administration, based on the following qualifications and experience:
1: Qualification:
- Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
- Alternatively, sixteen (16) years of education in Business Administration or Commerce.
2: Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a general career setting.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Administration within a public, private, or corporate sector entity.
- Must possess a thorough understanding of all relevant employment-related laws.
- Prior experience in international, public, private, or corporate sectors is required.
- Strong knowledge of ICT technologies.
- Demonstrable team player skills and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and comprehension skills.
- Proficiency in Urdu, including written, spoken, and comprehension skills.
3: Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit is 45 years at the time of the advertisement's closing date.
Salary/Remuneration:
- Salary will be determined as per company policy for the selected candidate.
