i. Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation Category and Matric Category with at least 40 marks conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and possess its certificate issued by STS as required for appointment to the said posts.
ii. The age of the applicants will be calculated from the last date of submission of the application as provided under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, there will be a five-year relaxation in the upper age limit as provided in the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department's notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)564/2011(Part-II) dated 06.03.2025.
iii. The quota share reserved for initial appointment shall be implemented according to the Law Rules / Policy of the Government of Sindh.
iv. Applicants who are already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
v. The appointment shall be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its Rules, as amended from time to time.
