TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority; any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.
- All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying/paying fees, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk.
- Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of eligibility criteria.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications.
- Late or incomplete applications, or those with fake documents, will be rejected.
- Age relaxation is admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
- Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
- Equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided for foreign degrees.
- Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
- Unclaimed qualifications will not be accepted.
HOW TO APPLY
- Visit www.etea.edu.pk to apply online.
- After submission, an online deposit slip (with token number and project code) will be generated.
- Pay the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa app/agent or any UBL Bank branch using the deposit slip.
- Keep the original candidate copy of the deposit slip with the bank stamp; do not share it.
- Do not send documents to the ETEA office; they will be required only if you qualify for the screening test.
- Online Application Form availability: June 1st, 2026.
- Last date for submission: June 25th, 2026.
- Roll No. slips will be issued via SMS/website; do not use ported mobile numbers.
- Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. slip.
- No separate call letters will be issued via post/courier.
