Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) is mandated to provide policy and technical support to Ministry of Energy (Power Division) for integrated planning of the Power Sector of Pakistan, development and implementation of strategic plans for power sector, and to administer, monitor and evaluate performance of Power Sector Entities under the approved policies and rules. The Company is seeking applications for the following positions from the eligible persons, who can perform the tasks assigned to the Company.
The first 03 months shall be on probation and thereafter shall be continued as per company policy.
The candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to provide sound advice based on accurate and timely analysis. Outstanding communication, minute writing, analytical & problem-solving skills are pre-requisite. Ideal candidate should have ability to perform work well under pressure. - CA/ACMA/ACCA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification from a HEC recognized or international accredited institute. |

- Lead the preparation of comprehensive analytical reports on line losses, recovery and receivables, providing actionable insights to support electricity theft control, and assessment of associated financial impacts. |
- Preferably 12 years of relevant experience in Power Sector. |
|
- Monitor, evaluate loss-reduction targets for Distribution Companies (DISCOs), track performance against benchmarks, and recommend timely technical, commercial, and remedial measures. |
Remuneration & Age: |

- Contribute to the development and periodic updating of DISCOs strategic roadmaps, ensuring alignment with national energy sector policies, reform agendas, and regulatory requirements. |

Specialist (Human Resource) |
- MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized or international accredited institute. |

- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management in a data-driven organization ensuring merit, transparency, and EOE (Equal Opportunity Employment) compliance. |
- Preferably 12 years of relevant experience in Human Resource field from HEC recognized or international accredited institute. |

- Implement, interpret, and administer Board approved HR policies, Service Regulations, and SOPs, translating regulatory and governance requirements into effective HR practices. |
- HR Certification (SHRM/CIPD preferred). |

- Design and implement performance management systems with quantitative weightages, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives. |
- Preferably 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resource field from a well-reputed national / multinational organization. |

- Manage day-to-day general administration and office support functions. |
- Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in General Administration field from HEC recognized or international accredited institute. |

- Prepare office notes, charts, summaries, working papers, and notifications. |
- Possesses good interpersonal, communication, minute writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. |
|
- Assist in procurement of office equipment, supplies, and services as per organizational procedures. |
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office ERP systems. |
