Applications are invited for the following posts on contract basis for a period of one year (extendable on satisfactory performance) in the Post Graduate Medical Institute (PGMI), Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from suitable candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Newly Merged Districts (Ex-FATA) as per the following criteria:

Deputy Director IT	BPS-18	Up to 45 Years	Qualification: Second Class / Grade "C" Master Degree (Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering) or equivalent qualification from a recognized University. Experience: 05 years relevant post qualification experience in a recognized public / private sector organization. Preference will be given to those having managerial experience.
2.	Deputy Director Human Resources	BPS-18	Up to 45 Years	Qualification: Second Class / Grade "C" Master Degree in Business Administration (HRM / HR) or equivalent qualification from a recognized University. Experience: 05 years relevant post qualification experience in a recognized public / private sector organization. Preference will be given to those having managerial experience. Relevant experience in a Medical / Hospital / Educational Institution will be preferred.
3.	Manager Simulation Lab	BPS-18	Up to 45 Years	Qualification: Second Class / Grade "C" Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Biotechnology / Biological Sciences / Health Sciences / Nursing / Allied Health Sciences / Business Administration (HRM / HR) or equivalent qualification from a recognized University. Experience: 05 years relevant post qualification experience in a recognized public / private sector organization. Preference will be given to those having managerial experience in a Simulation Lab in Medical / Hospital and Health sciences.
4.	Network Administrator	BPS-17	Up to 40 Years	Qualification: Second Class / Grade "C" Bachelor Degree (4 years education) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized University. Experience: 03 years relevant post qualification experience in a recognized public / private sector organization. Preference will be given to those having experience in network administration, window server setup, data backup, security, and hardware troubleshooting in a Medical / Hospital / Educational institution will be preferred.
5.	Biomedical Engineer	BPS-17	Up to 40 Years	Qualification: Second Class / Grade "C" Bachelor Degree (4 years education) in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized University. Experience: 03 years relevant post qualification experience in a recognized public / private sector organization. Preference will be given to those having experience in a Medical / Hospital / Educational institution will be preferred.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Application forms should reach the office of the undersigned within 20 days of the publication of this advertisement on a prescribed form available from the office of the Chief Executive Officer, Post Graduate Medical Institute, Hayatabad, Peshawar during office hours or can be downloaded from www.pgmi.edu.pk.
2. Applications accompanied by a CV, attested photocopies of all relevant documents (educational certificates, degrees, diplomas, experience certificates, CNIC, and one recent passport size photograph) must reach the office of the Chief Executive Officer Post Graduate Medical Institute, Hayatabad, Peshawar on or before the closing date.
3. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with a complete set of documents for each post.
4. Failing to submit all required documents will lead to non-consideration of experience for the particular position. The documents submitted by the applicants will be verified.
5. Only relevant experience will be counted which is acquired after obtaining the minimum required qualification for the post.
6. Experience certificates from HEC Pakistan recognized private institutions will be accepted in case of foreign qualifications.
7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/test. Short listing will be done by pre-interview test/screening process.
8. If the closing date fixed for the receipt of applications falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
10. All recruitments will be done as per the rules and regulations. Therefore, any request to influence the recruitment process will be considered a serious offence and will result in disqualification.
11. The PGMI reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
12. Age of the candidates will be calculated from the closing date of the advertisement.
13. Candidates already in government service should apply through proper channel.
14. The selected candidates will be paid fixed pay as per the BPS of the post.
15. The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of one year, which is extendable on satisfactory performance.
16. Candidates convicted by the court of law are not eligible to apply.
17. Canvassing in any form or manner shall disqualify the candidate.
18. The number of posts may increase or decrease.
