• Applications must reach within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement at the District Population Welfare Office, New Madina Colony, Jailani House, Nasrpur Road, Tando Allahyar.

• The last date for submission of applications is August 5, 2026.

• Quotas will apply as per government policy: 15% for women, 5% for minorities, and 5% for disabled persons.

• Government employees must apply through the proper channel.

• A general relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit will be given as per standard rules (Notification No. SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011(part file) dated March 6, 2025).

• Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

• These positions are completely temporary. However, they can be regularized after completing the probation (trial) period under the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion, and Transfer) Rules, 1973.

• The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased; no candidate has the right to challenge this.
