(i) Matriculation in Second Division from a recognized board. (ii) Six months certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education.

Terms and Conditions:
- Applicants who meet the following conditions should apply online on the Government of Sindh Job Portal https://sjp.gov.pk for these posts.
- (i) Applicants must have successfully passed the Matriculation Clerical / General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40 marks and possess the certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said posts.
- (ii) The age of the applicants shall be calculated according to Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024, as of the last date of submission of the application; however, a 5-year relaxation in the upper age limit will be given under the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department's Notification No. SOII (SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 06-03-2025.
- (iii) The share of quota reserved for initial appointments shall be complied with and followed according to the Government of Sindh laws and rules/policy.
- (iv) Applicants already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to present before the Departmental Selection Committee.
- (v) Appointments shall be made under the provisions of the Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules amended from time to time, according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023 and 21-11-2025.
- (vi) Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee No. 17 at the District Level under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner, Khairpur, with original documents for the interview according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
- (vii) Preference will be given to those candidates who belong to the same union/taluka where the post is available.
- (viii) TA/DA is not applicable for the interview.
