(I) Graduate in Second Division from a recognized university. (II) Six-month certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education. |

(I) Applicants must have successfully passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with a minimum of 40% marks and possess the certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said posts.
(II) The age of the applicants will be calculated according to the last date of submission of the application as per Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024. However, a 5-year relaxation in the upper age limit will be given under the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department (SGACD) notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)564/2011 (Part-II) dated 06-03-2025.
(III) The share of quota reserved for initial appointment will be followed as per the rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.
(IV) Applicants already in government service should obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
(V) Appointment will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023, 21-11-2025, and under the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules amended from time to time.
(VI) Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee No. 17 at the District Level under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner Korangi Karachi with original documents for the interview as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
(VII) Preference will be given to candidates belonging to the union/taluka/town where the vacancy is available.
(VIII) TA/DA will not be applicable for the interview.
