Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) Vacancy Announcement
PESCO, a Public Limited Power Distribution Company, is seeking to fill a project-based position for the World Bank-funded "Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP)."
Position Details
- Position: Gender Specialist
- Number of Posts: 1
- Remuneration: Rs. 185,800/- (all inclusive)
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Master’s Degree (16 years of education) in Gender Studies, International Development, Social Sciences, or related disciplines from a recognized university. Higher qualifications receive extra weightage.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience in gender aspects (gender mainstreaming, equality, gender-based violence, etc.) in similar responsible positions. Public sector experience is preferred.
- Skills:
- Written and oral fluency in English and Urdu (Pashto proficiency is a plus).
- Computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
