Manager (Technical)
B.E. (Electrical) from HEC recognized university and registered with PEC or any local/International professional/statutory body. Master’s degree from HEC recognized university will be an added advantage. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including 5 years in managerial capacity in operations & maintenance of HVAC, lifts, generators, MEP works related to estate management & other building systems specially in high-rise buildings.
Upto 50 Years
Assistant Manager (Internal Audit)
CA (Finalist) - 3 years articleship experience with reputable audit firm and atleast 2 years of experience in Internal Audit Department OR ACMA/ACCA - 6 year's experience in Internal Audit Department of a listed company. Preference will be given to a candidate having additional qualification like CIA or CISA.

Appointment will be on contract, initially for a period of two years further extendable with mutual consent. Selected candidates will be offered market-based remuneration package, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
