Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority requires services of qualified individual to fill the following vacant post where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit.

Flight Inspector Pilot (EG-08) <br> (The position will essentially be based in Karachi, with the possibility of relocation to Islamabad, Lahore or any other station, as required by safety oversight needs.)

Three (03)

- Pakistan National <br> - Must hold or have held an ATPL with a type rating on a Commercial Transport Aircraft with MGTOW of 40,000 Kg or more. <br> - Not less than 5000 hours as Pilot-in-Command of Commercial Air Transport Aircraft with MGTOW of 40,000 Kg or more. <br> - Must have a Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE) endorsement on an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or an Instructor for commercial aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MGTOW) of 40,000 kg or more. <br> - 10 years or more experience in Commercial Air Transport Aircraft as a Pilot. <br> - Experience in operational management is a plus, preferably with a background in airline operations, safety management, compliance audit and/or regulatory oversight. <br> - Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. <br> - Effective communication and report writing skills. <br> - Proficiency in use of IT MS Office is a must. <br> - Must have an excellent safety record and demonstrated high degree of professional integrity.

- EG-08 <br> - Merit-03 <br> - Pay: Rs 1,373,230/- per month with 5% annual increment <br> - Contract for three (03) years (extendable)

Maximum 66 years (inclusive of all age relaxations)

Deputy Director Coordination & Support (EG-03)

Two (02)

- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline preferably Public Administration/Aviation Management from HEC Recognized University/Institute. <br> - Overall Experience of six (06) years in a Govt or Semi-Govt Organization or aviation industry with three (03) years' experience in administrative, executive support, or coordination role. <br> - Candidates who have completed aviation-related courses will be given preference.

- Merit-02 <br> - Pay: Rs 250,927/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment <br> - Contract for three (03) years (extendable)

Maximum 40 years (inclusive of all age relaxations)

Sr. Joint Director IT (EG-06)

One (01)

- Bachelor /Master (16 years of education) degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/MIS/ IT or equivalent with minimum 2nd division from HEC Recognized University. <br> - Minimum 12 Years of Experience in the field of IT including systems administration, network management, IT infrastructure, and application support in a well reputed multinational / Govt / Semi-Govt organizations.

- Merit-01 <br> - Pay: Rs 406,725/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment <br> - Contract for three (03) years (extendable)

Maximum 52 years (inclusive of all age relaxations)

Sr. Joint Director Admin (EG-06)

One (01)

- Sixteen (16) Years of Education in any discipline preferably Public Administration from any HEC Recognized University with at least 2nd Division. <br> - Min twelve (12) Years' experience of serving in a well reputed Organization having dealt in following domains: <br> • General Administration <br> • Procurement & Logistics <br> • Security Management <br> • Handling Estate & Land Matters <br> • Motor Vehicle Transport Management <br> • Supervision & execution of Civil Works Projects

- Merit-01 <br> - Pay: Rs. 406,725/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment <br> - Contract for three (03) years (extendable)

Maximum 52 years (inclusive of all age relaxations)

Sr. Joint Director ASR (Ground Handling) (EG-06)

Two (02)

- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (16 years of education) from HEC Recognized University/Institute. <br> - Must have valid PEC Registration. <br> - Overall twelve (12) years of experience with five (05) year work experience in operation of E/M equipment, Ground Handling and dealing ground handling and ramp operations is required. <br> - Aerodrome Safety Management System (SMS) experience will be preferred.

- Merit-02 <br> - Pay: Rs 406,725/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment <br> - Contract for three (03) years (extendable)

Maximum 52 years (inclusive of all age relaxations)

Application Procedure:

(a) Interested candidates are required to fill & submit Online Job Application Form available at www.pcaa.gov.pk within fifteen days from the date of this advertisement.
(b) Candidates will be required to upload scanned copies of certificate/degree of the required qualification only of the concerned post as mentioned above, updated CV and CNIC while applying for the job.
(c) Candidates applying for the post of Flight Inspector Pilot (EG-08) will be required to upload copy of ATPL, containing relevant endorsements, and copy of last page of Log Book containing details of flying hours.
(d) In case a candidate does not upload the above documents with the online application form, his/her application will be rejected.

Terms of Reference

i) Candidates not fulfilling the above requirements or submitting incomplete application shall not be considered.
ii) Interview of the eligible candidates will be held at Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore for which dates and venues will be issued (depending on the number of candidates).
iii) The candidates to be called for the interview have to produce original documents for necessary verification while appearing for the interview.
iv) No TA/DA is admissible for the interview.
v) Appointment will be made on PCAA's typical fitness standards.
vi) Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of PCAA.
vii) Government servants/employees of autonomous bodies/corporations will be required to submit NOC from current employer before interview.
viii) Application must be sent through online as mentioned in para 3(a).
ix) Misinformation and any attempt to influence the selection process will be considered as a definite disqualification for current as well as future recruitment in CAA, even it is detected at a later stage.
x) In case, any educational documents or any other document provided by the applicants is found incorrect / fake / bogus at any stage, the services of selected candidate will be terminated immediately.
