REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (SHORT TERM SERVICES)
The National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa) requires the services of suitable candidates for various positions on temporary assignment basis for a short term duration of six (06) months. The required qualifications, experience and shortlisting criteria is as under:-

16 years education in Anthropology, Sociology, Cultural Studies and Folklore from a HEC recognized university with at least two years post-qualification experience in the relevant field or equivalent. |

Accounts Specialist (01 position) |
16 years education in Commerce/ICMA, Accounts and Finance, Business Administration, and Economics from a HEC recognized university with at least five years post-qualification experience in the relevant field or equivalent. |
Criteria: Additional Skills/Expertise, Points: 10 |

Marketing Specialist (01 position) |
16 years education in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or Commerce from a HEC recognized university with five years post-qualification experience in marketing, and event promotion, etc. or equivalent. |
50% weightage given to passing marks |

Procurement Specialist (01 position) |
16 years education in Business Administration, Public Administration Procurement, etc. with at least eight years post-qualification experience in procurement or equivalent. |

Textile/Costumes Specialist (01 position) |
16 years education in textile and fashion design from a HEC recognized university with three years post-qualification experience in the relevant field or equivalent. |

Visit Guides (02 positions) |
16 years education in History, Sociology, Museum Studies, and Pakistan Studies with two years post-qualification experience and good command in English speaking or equivalent. |

(i) All these positions are purely temporary, time-bound and non-transferable.
(ii) These positions do not carry any right to regularization, extension, absorption or future employment in Lok Virsa.
(iii) The engagement will automatically terminate on completion of the assigned period/work, without any notice.
(iv) Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
(v) No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
(vi) Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
(vii) Executive Director, Lok Virsa reserves the right to cancel the process at any stage without assigning any reason.
(viii) Candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.
