Recruitment Starts

Under the provisions of Regulation 10.9 and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations 2002, applications are invited from eligible and experienced professionals to serve in the following positions for NADRA's Digital Economy and E-governance project:

Position & Age	Educational Background	Job Requirements
Assistant Director (Technical Analyst)	Bachelor's (4 Years) in Business Administration/Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent in a related field	Professional Experience
Age (Max): 37 Years	Master's degree will be preferred	Preferably 3 years of post-qualification experience in similar role(s).
—	Minimum 16 Years of HEC verified education is a must	Proficiency in preparing structured technical reports and presentations.
—	Degrees must be attested by HEC	Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies
—	—	Engage with government, business, and technical stakeholders, validate business and system requirements.
—	—	Prepare and maintain structured documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and System Requirement Specifications (SRS), use cases, and data flow diagrams.
—	—	Coordinate with architects and development teams to support system design, feasibility, performance, and integration with NDEL and Digital ID frameworks.
—	—	Support system development, training, SOPs, user guides, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives through user feedback.

Place of Posting: Islamabad

Terms & Conditions:

1. Selected candidate will be appointed on contract basis with a probation period of 6 months (extendable if needed).
2. Management reserves the right to stop/cancel the recruitment process and accept/reject any application at any stage without giving any reason. The number of posts can be increased/decreased as per requirement.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
5. Candidates working in government or semi-government institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.
6. 5 years age relaxation is already included in the mentioned age limit.
7. Selected candidate will have to provide medical fitness and character certificate.

Assistant Director (Java Backend Developer) Age (Max): 37 Years	Bachelor's (4 Years) in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent in a related field	Preferably 3 years of experience in similar role(s).	Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies
—	Master's degree will be preferred	—	Design, develop, and deploy robust microservices and RESTful APIs.
—	Minimum 16 Years of HEC verified education is a must	—	Manage the full software development lifecycle using agile methodologies.
—	Degrees must be attested by HEC	—	Develop and maintain data access layers for both relational and NoSQL databases.
—	—	—	Implement and manage services in a containerized environment.
—	—	—	Expertise in Java, Spring Boot & Spring Security.
—	—	—	Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Kafka, and API management (WSO2).
—	—	—	Good understanding of security protocols (JWT, OAuth 2.0, TLS/SSL, PKI) and encryption.
—	—	—	Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
—	—	—	Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
—	—	—	Proficient in writing clean, testable code and skilled in troubleshooting.
—	—	—	Must be comfortable working in morning and evening shifts.
