WE ARE HIRING
Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10 and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:
Position & Age: Assistant Director (Governance, Risk Assessment & Compliance-Audit)
Age (Max): 37 Years
Educational Background:
- Bachelors (4 Years) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Cyber Security/Information Security or equivalent (16 Years of HEC verified education)
- Degrees must be attested by HEC
Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:

Professional Experience:
Preferably 3 years post-graduation experience, with at least 2 years in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance roles. Certification in ISO-27001, CISA and CGEIT will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies:
- Performing assessments and audits against ISO27001 & NADRA's own audit framework.
- Conduct compliance audits and assessments.
- Maintain, update and execute information security auditing program across all functions.
- Interfacing with other internal and external stakeholders on cyber security matters.
- Reporting to management on audit and compliance related matters.
- Working closely with Compliance and Policy Development function.
- Managing communication with stakeholders.
Job Location: Islamabad
Terms & Conditions:
- Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
- Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.

Educational Background:

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- Professional Experience: Preferably 2 years of experience in backend development using PHP (Core & Laravel) and modern frontend frameworks like ReactJS with TypeScript.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications, APIs and user interfaces with a focus on performance, scalability, responsiveness and clean architecture.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Must have working knowledge and hands on experience with:
- Develop dynamic and responsive interfaces using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Should have strong grip on backend programming like Laravel and Core PHP.
- Built reusable components and front-end libraries.
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel perfect UI/UX.
- Ensure Cross browser compatibilities and responsiveness.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript ES6.
- Experience on Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of basic Linux server environment.
