Under clauses 10, 11 and 19 of the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA is seeking applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position & Age	Educational Background	Job Requirements
Assistant Director (Threat Analyst) Age (Max): 37 Years	Bachelor's (4 Years) in Computer Science/Cyber Security/Information Security/Software Engineering or equivalent in a related field. Minimum 16 Years of HEC verified education is a must. Degrees must be attested by HEC.	Professional Experience Minimum 2 years post-graduation experience in the field of IS / Cyber Threat Intelligence
—	—	Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies
—	—	* Continuously monitor Dark Web, Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other social media platforms for potential cyber threats.
—	—	* Conduct deep dive investigation of suspected data breaches and cybercrime data.
—	—	* Identify, validate and enrich IOCs using threat intelligence sources
—	—	* Integrate CTI Sources with SIEM, SOAR and IR Platforms.
—	—	* Issue timely advisories and alerts on emerging threats, vulnerability and exploits.
—	—	* Knowledge of threat intelligence tools like MISP, OpenCTI etc.
—	—	* Knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably Python
—	—	* Collaborate with SOC, IR, and management for security improvements.

Job Location: Islamabad

Terms & Conditions:

1. The selected candidate will be appointed on a contract basis, with a 6-month probationary period (which may be extended as needed).
2. The management reserves the right to stop/cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason and to accept or reject any application.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
4. In case of providing false information, the candidate will be disqualified.
5. Employees working in government/semi-government institutions must provide Departmental NOC (No Objection Certificate) when submitting the application.
6. A 5-year age relaxation has already been included in the age limit.
7. Selected candidates will be required to provide medical fitness and character certificates.
8. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be admissible.
9. Verified degrees/certificates from the Higher Education Commission (HEC)/relevant regulatory bodies must be presented at the time of the interview.
10. Women, minorities, transgender persons, and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
11. Electronic devices, mobile phones, smart watches, etc., will not be allowed during the test and interview.
