The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:


Position/Job Title: Unit Head - ERP / SharePoint (AVP / VP)
Reporting to: Wing Head - Enterprise Systems Development
Educational/Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or Graduation with a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC. Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 03 years of experience in ERP & SharePoint in a leading/managerial role, preferably in a bank.

Other Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Proficient in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph APIs for modern SharePoint development.
  • Strong experience with .NET, C# and MVC architecture, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, permission models, and governance practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing custom business applications, document management systems, custom forms using Power Platform or third-party tools.
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and guide team members while maintaining adherence to software quality and coding standards.
  • Ability to plan, design, build, and manage SharePoint systems, ensuring smooth operation, customization, and support across the organization.
  • To provide hands-on expertise in ERP modules and SharePoint workflows, forms, and reporting.
  • To analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • To plan and execute ERP and SharePoint enhancement projects, upgrades, and system migrations.
  • To manage system documentation, technical specifications, and process flows for both ERP and SharePoint environments.
  • To manage application security, data integrity, access control, and compliance with internal and external standards.

  • To coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors for requirement gathering, testing, and deployment.
  • To resolve complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  • To ensure effective change management and minimize system impact post-deployment.
  • To evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and practices for continuous improvement and modernization.

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Position/Job Title: Backup Administrator (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting to: Unit Head - Backup & Replication
Educational/Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or Graduation with a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC. Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 01 year of experience in Systems Administration/Back-up Administration/System Engineering (preferably in bank).

Other Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Ability to work within a cohesive, high performing, closely-knitted team.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
  • Desire to work within a cohesive high-performing close-knit team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To perform storage and backup administration and operational tasks in compliance with specific product requirements, and automated SLAs and KPIs.
  • To manage existing Backup solutions and provide periodic reports for management.
  • To perform proactive checks, create automated scripts, and packages that make operations more efficient.
  • To experience Virtual Tape Libraries for backup and recovery effectiveness.
  • To be responsible for all aspects of managing Backup Infrastructure, including but not limited to, installation, monitoring, provisioning, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
  • To work effectively with customers of BAS Backup and Storage services.
  • To develop technology standards and establishment of performance guidelines for backup and storage infrastructure.
  • To manage system backup and troubleshooting of any enterprise level back-up solution (e.g., NetBackup, Commvault, Veeam, EMC Data Domain, IBM ProtecTIER, IBM TS3500, IBM TS7700, HPE StoreOnce and Tape management solution).
  • To provide support for backup and replication solutions and recovery for mission critical applications.
  • To ensure DR drills and regular backups restoration and support to validate backups and recovery procedures.
  • To proactively identify and resolve common root causes of issues and address those issues in order to prevent future occurrences.
  • To provide support for backup and replication solutions and recovery for mission critical applications.
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Position/Job Title: IT Software Developer Enterprise (AVP / VP)
Reporting to: Unit Head - Allied Development
Educational/Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or Graduation with a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 01 year of experience in Software Development, preferably in a bank.

Other Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Hands on experience in .NET/C# development.
  • Sound knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle/PL-SQL.
  • Experience in developing and consuming Web APIs/Web Services.
  • Sound knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in Database Designing (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server), stored procedures, triggers/jobs.
  • Experience with , VB, BOOTSTRAP, Windows Services.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills.

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To analyze business requirements and provide input to the design and development of software solutions.
  • To design, develop, test, and deploy software applications according to specifications and coding standards.
  • To provide support for software applications in production.
  • To troubleshoot and debug software issues.
  • To write technical specifications and other forms of documentation.
  • To participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • To optimize performance to minimize bottlenecks and improve efficiency and scalability.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • To make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Position/Job Title: Technical Analyst - CBA (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting to: Unit Head - Technical Analyst
Educational/Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or Graduation with a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC. Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 01 year of experience in Database Administration/Management, preferably in a bank.

Other Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Hands on experience in Database Designing (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server), stored procedures, triggers/jobs.
  • Hands on experience in Database Administration/Management (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server), performance tuning, backup and recovery.
  • Ability to provide ongoing technical support for users of the Core Banking Systems (CBA) and other related applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • To conduct solution and technical risk analysis for any change requests or new functionalities in Core Banking.
  • To collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements for new features or enhancements in Core Banking Systems and translate them into technical specifications.
  • To ensure data migration processes and ensure data accuracy within the core banking system.
