Educational / Professional Qualification

* Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by HEC. <br> * Candidates having Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science and / or Computer Science and / or Mathematics and / or Statistics and / or Information Technology would be preferred.

Experience

* Minimum 10 years of banking experience, out of which 05 years of experience in a supervisory role of regulatory reporting of credit returns and / or in credit operations.

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required

* Strong knowledge of credit operations, credit lifecycle, and regulatory reporting requirements. <br> * Proficiency in core banking system (loan modules, reporting tools). <br> * Hands on experience in regulatory frameworks (Central Bank directives, Basel norms, IFRS provisioning, credit bureau reporting). <br> * Excellent data management and reconciliation skills. <br> * Advanced MS Excel, SQL, or BI / reporting tools knowledge for large dataset handling. <br> * Extensive experience in revolving credit and pledge financing, including segregation of exposures by commodity. <br> * Strong understanding of credit facilities extended to private and public sector enterprises, including autonomous bodies. <br> * Well-versed in Export Finance Schemes and the Long-Term Financing Facility (LTFF). <br> * Knowledgeable in infrastructure and capital project financing.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

* To prepare periodic reports on advances to millers, traders, and exporters in line with the bank's seasonal financing policy & Regulatory reporting requirement. <br> * To ensuring accurate reporting of outstanding exposures to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on a regular basis. <br> * To ensure precise reporting of revolving refinance limits and sectoral utilization to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). <br> * To facilitate accurate reporting of the bank's participation in large-scale and long-term projects. <br> * To monitor and advise on portfolio irregularities (overdue, excesses, covenant breaches) and escalate issues for corrective action. <br> * To supervise reconciliation of Core Banking System (CBS) data with regulatory returns to maintain accuracy and integrity. <br> * To oversee preparation of MIS dashboard and development of data warehouses / data lakes for consolidated reporting. <br> * To coordinate with IT and digital banking teams to enhance automation, straight through processing, and control systems. <br> * To support internal / external audits and respond effectively to regulatory inspections and queries. <br> * To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

* Minimum 02 years of banking experience, out of which 01 year of experience in reporting of regulatory returns and / or credit operations.

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required

* Basic understanding of database management systems like SQL. <br> * Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, Tableau, Power BI). <br> * Well aware with data structuring and modeling concepts. <br> * Good written and oral communication skills. <br> * Good knowledge of Prudential Regulations.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

* To assist the Senior Management in collecting, reviewing, and consolidating region wise and branch-level data related to the Bank's advances portfolio of domestic branches and head office. <br> * To prepare and validate MIS reports for onward submission to senior management and regulatory authorities. <br> * To assist in ensuring timely preparation and submission of periodic regulatory reports on the credit portfolio. <br> * To ensure balancing, reconciliation, and back-up of credit data, reports, and databases. <br> * To support smooth functioning of the MIS / reporting process, including documentation, controls, and audit readiness. <br> * To assist in coordinating with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure timely closure of all reporting-related matters. <br> * To assist in identifying gaps in reporting processes and recommending improvements for efficiency and accuracy. <br> * To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Employment Type

The appointment will be on a contractual basis. The selected candidate may be placed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package as per Bank's policy and market trends.
