Position Name: Business Executive (51 Vacancies)
Educational Qualification:
Intermediate, or a Bachelor's degree from a HEC recognized university (as required by the institution).
Responsibilities, Skills, and Required Experience:
- Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
- Capabilities and Skills:
- Achieving set business targets through effective sales and business strategies implementation.
- Supervision of franchise performance in assigned products and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Timely and accurate maintenance of all franchise records within assigned limits and authority, including performance and compliance status.
- Identification and pursuit of potential opportunities for business expansion and growth of the franchise network.
- Arrangement for on-ground verification of franchises, provision of product branding, and timely deployment.
- Visiting franchises to ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
- Establishing and maintaining close relationships with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to promote brand loyalty and partnerships.
- Preparation and submission of reports to management regarding franchise performance, business expansion, and compliance with regulations.
- Proven experience in business development or franchise management.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
