Advertisement for Temporary Recruitment of Sanitary Workers, Preferably Sewer Men
Applications are required from healthy local candidates of District Rahim Yar Khan who are desirous of working as Sanitary Workers, preferably Sewer Men, under the conditions issued by the Government of Punjab vide letter No. SO.Admn.III(LG)3-180/2022(P) dated 20-01-2026. Applications received after the due date will not be acceptable.
Conditions are as follows:
- Applications along with attested copies of computerized ID cards should reach the undersigned during office hours by 18.02.2026. Applications received late or not meeting the required standard will not be considered. Interviews of the candidates will be held on 19.02.2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Municipal Committee Kot Samaba. No separate notice will be issued for this.
- The recruitment of these applicants will be purely on merit for a period of 30 days approved by the Government of Punjab, with a break of a few days every month by the Local Government & Community Development Department, Government of Punjab; however, they will be dismissed without any notice on an unsatisfactory basis and will not be entitled to any legal remedy. However, it will be mandatory to re-apply for the approval of services for the next month by the government, for which no re-advertisement will be required. This advertisement will be considered applicable for a period of 06 months. New candidates can also submit applications.
- Sewer men/sanitary workers will be recruited from people who can perform sanitation and sewer line cleaning duties.
- The age limit will be 18 to 45 years according to the prevailing law of Punjab. The applicant must be healthy.
- Wages for these days will be paid as temporary workmen daily wages according to the instructions of the labor laws of the Government of Punjab.
- The number of vacancies is 10.
