How to Apply?
- For department of Health Candidates only:
- The applicants from Department of Health & already working in teaching Hospitals of the medical College will process their
- applications through proper channel along with the documents mentioned below and will only be entertained after the
- Rs. 90,000/-Per Month Without any Financial benefit/teaching allowance Rs. 90,000/- Per Month
- Without any Financial benefit/ teaching allowance Rs.100,000/Per Month approval of Secretary Health GoAJ&K, Direct applications from DoH will not be entertained.
- Selected DOH employee will draw their salary against their respective/substantive post of DOH
- Following mentioned documents in Terms & Conditions are required to be submitted with application within 15 working days after the advertisement. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Terms & Conditions: These appointmento shall be purely on contract basis as per contract policy 2006 of GOAJK for an initial period of 03 years (extendable) or as specified by Govt. subsequently.
- All vacancies will be filled purely on merit basis.
- Selected candidate shall have to abide by the rules and regulations of PM&DC and the institute.
- The appointment during the period of contract shall be liable to termination on 30 days prior notice on either side or on payment of one month pay inlieu thereof without assigning any reason.
- Monthly salary shall be liable to taxdeduction at source as per law.
- Age should not be more than 67 years.
- In respect of other matters not specified in this contract the rules and regulations of GoAJK shall apply.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, no TA/DA will be admissible.
- The appointee will join the institution after receiving the offer letter from the principal office within the prescribed period. If fails to join due to any
- reason within specified time the candidate will be blacklisted for any future employment in any of the medical colleges of AJK
- Accommodation shall not be provided.
- The selected faculty must be physically present in the College Hospital on duty for minimum of six hours on every working day. Any duration less
- than sichours per day will be considered as part time faculty as per PM&DC nules, which is not permissible under prevailing rules, therefore such
- faculty members will be marked absent fromduty for the day.
- Incomplete application will not be entertained.
- Candidates shull bring all original documents at the time of interview date.
