Strong financial acumen and competence in operations, with capital raising, financial planning, and regulatory compliance. Experience in the Health Sector is preferred.
- Company Secretary: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Company Secretary. Complete familiarity with the provisions provided in the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act 2013 and Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules 2013.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Chief Executive Officer: Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, financial management expertise, project management proficiency, and knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Company Secretary: Knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulations, excellent drafting and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
