1. Retired Lt Col / Equivalent from Pak Army / Navy / Air Force<br>2. Preferably MBA (Management / HR) from HEC recognized university.<br>3. Must have adequate knowledge / experience in mental health disorders and physical, psychological effects of Drugs.<br>4. Must have sufficient knowledge about drugs effects / rehabilitation.<br>5. Age limit can be relaxed if experience in relevant field is more than 5 years. |
