Job Opportunity: Legal Advisor
The Directorate General of Petroleum Concessions is seeking applications for one (1) position of Legal Advisor on a contract basis.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Masters or equivalent in Law from an HEC recognized institute. Preference is given to those with foreign qualifications in Petroleum Laws, Policy, and Contracts.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a law firm or major industrial group/government body.
- Experience in international energy transactions, specifically LNG/LPG, is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Pakistan’s legal framework regarding the petroleum sector.
- Experience in local and international arbitration.
- Must have a valid license to plead cases in the High Courts of Pakistan.
- Remuneration: Rs. 0.5 Million (Lump sum monthly, negotiable).
- Maximum Age: 55 years.
