How to Apply?
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Convening of Board meetings, agenda, minutes of the meeting, AGM and EOGM
- • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
- • Ensure accuracy during the verification process of all funds NAVS
- • Ensure timely announcement of NAVS
- • Ensure accuracy during the verification of all SMA portfolio NAVS and its communication
- • Ensure completeness and accuracy in periodic reports provided to SMA clients
- • Ensure accuracy in financial statements of all the funds
- • Ensure timely submission of various regulatory reports and returns
- • Ensure compliance with the Code of Corporate Governance Regulations and applicable laws including NBFC Rules and Regulations
- Requirements:
- Education: A member of recognized body of professional accountants i.e. member of ICAP, ICMA or ACCA, and related field
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of working experience in the accounting field and dealing with Corporate Secretariat matters in middle management to senior management position, preferably in an asset management company.
- • Excellent Communication, Management and Leadership Skills
- •Extensive knowledge of Financial Management 62
- Strong knowledge of International Accounting and Financial Reporting Standardside
- Strong knowledge of NBFC Rules and Regulations, CCG Regulations, relevant tax provisions, VPS Rules and SECP directives and Circulars
