MEDICAL TEACHING INSTITUTIONS - KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Pursuant to the MTI Reforms Act 2015 and its subsequent amendments, the health Policy Board invites applications from qualified candidates for the following contractual positions to establish its office in Peshawar (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).

S.#	Position	Qualification
1.	Data Analyst (Healthcare Quality) (01 Post)	- Bachelor's degree data sciences, life sciences, statistics, computer science, or a related field from a recognized university.<br>- Certification or formal training in data analytics, Power BI, or healthcare informatics is required.<br>- 3 years of experience in a healthcare data analytics role or similar capacity.<br>- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (including PivotTables, formulas), and Google Workspace (especially Google Forms and Sheets).<br>- Understanding of healthcare quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
2.	Quality Assurance Specialist (01 Post)	- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, nursing, Pharmacy, M.B.B.S field from a recognized university.<br>- Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, or Quality Management preferred.<br>- 3 years of experience in healthcare quality or accreditation support roles is desirable.<br>- Familiarity with ISO 9001, JCI, or other healthcare accreditation standards.<br>- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.
3.	Operations Officer (01 Post)	- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.<br>- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, finances, procurement in reputable organizations.<br>- Familiarity with government financial rules and public procurement regulatory authority (PPRA/KPPRA) guidelines.
