REMUNERATION: For Serial # 1 to # 11 faculty positions, Special Package commensurate with educational qualifications and relevant experience as per BOG AMTI.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
GENERAL CONDITIONS: 1. The appointments shall be purely on contract basis and shall be governed by the MTI Act, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and the Policy Board Rules and Regulations amended from time to time. 2. Candidates educational qualifications and relevant post recognized institution. Attested copies of Degree, DMC, PM&DC registration, experience certificates, domicile certificate along with all other testimonials are required for shortlisting process, and any amendment shall be made in the shortlisting process procedure. All documents shall be verified during the shortlisting process, and any candidate and their next of kin shall resign from service during the probation period. 3. Probation period shall be as per MTI Act, Regulations, and Policy Board Regulations (as amended from time to time). 4. The employee and the employer shall be amended as per MTI Act, Regulations, and Policy Board Regulations. 5. The current employer giving with at least one additional reference letter. Names and contact details of three referees must be submitted with the application form. 6. The contract can be terminated by either side with one month's notice. 7. Names and contact details of three referees must be submitted with application form. 8. Candidate may be required to sign a contract. 9. A candidate may be required to work anywhere within or outside Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad. 10. Candidate submits forged or tampered documents. 11. Attempts to influence the selection process by improper means. 12. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate. 13. Candidate must produce original documents at the time of interview process. 14. Character verification and background checks of the selected candidate. 15. The decision of the Board of Governors (BOG) MTI ATH/AMC/ACD is final and cannot be challenged in any court of law. 16. Candidates will be offered a faculty and mandatory Selected Teaching Non-practicing as per same and will not be allowed to do any private procedures & related practices anywhere within or outside Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad. 17. The Board of Governors, MTI ATH/AMC/ACD, reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. 18. In case of candidates with higher experience the age limit may be relaxed. 19. Last date of submission 17th March, 2026 or until the vacancy is filled by AMTI Abbottabad.
