The Government of the Punjab, LG & CD Department has established a Project Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU-ITBMS) under IT-Based Monitoring System Project to enhance service delivery in online local governments of the Punjab. The project aims to digitize local government functions such as HRMIS, Financial Management System & Asset Management (Usable & Movable Asset), Pension Management System, E-billing, AP, Sanitation Solid Waste Management, etc. The Department seeks professionals for performance-based contracts till June 2027, which is further extendable based on Department Decision and satisfactory performance.
