TERMS & CONDITION:
- Both Male/Female applicants having Domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.
- Appointments shall be made on Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended till date) initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.
- In case of 'O' and 'A' Level, equivalence certificate shall also be submitted.
- Special Persons (Differently able persons) shall attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department along with Disability Certificate.
- Applicants shall provide original documents at the time of Scrutiny/Interview. The age and experience of the candidate shall be counted upto the last date of submission of application.
- Age relaxation in upper age limit shall be dealt as per latest notification by Government of the Punjab S&GAD & Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one posts, he/she have to submit separate application form for each post.
- Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel.
- Only the degree issued by the university/institute or reputed foreign university recognized by HEC will be considered/acceptable.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any stage of recruitment process or during service.
- Complete original documents along with a set of attested photocopies shall be provided by the shortlisted applicants at the time of Scrutiny/Interview.
- Candidates will bring all the original degrees/diplomas at the time of interview, otherwise, he/she would not be allowed to appear in interview.
- Department reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level/stage without assigning any reason.
- Candidates are advised to read the eligibility criteria mentioned above relating to the posts before applying that they fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned under specific rules relating to the posts they are applying for.
- Candidates shall have at least 50% marks in NTS to pass the test. However, in case if 50% passing NTS marks then the required pool for shortlisting is not obtained the department/institution has the right to reduce the shortlisting criteria for interview.
- In the other words the shortlisting of candidates after NTS/Interview/shortlisting criteria in the interest of general public will be informed accordingly.
- The appointment will be made strictly in accordance with the rules and policies.
- Candidates possessing a diploma from the Punjab Medical Faculty and from an affiliated institution registered/recognized by the PMF or any recognized by Public Sector Organization of Punjab.
- The Competent authority is authorized to modify any of the conditions/clause in compelling circumstances of the candidates passing NTS/Interview/shortlisting criteria.
- Shortlisted candidates after passing NTS tests will be called for interview and informed accordingly.
- Candidates shall apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website after issuance of this advertisement in daily newspaper.
- Candidates shall submit duly filled in Application form (online), along with deposit slip of prescribed fee in favor of National Testing Service, Copy of CNIC, two recent passport size photographs along with all relevant documents (educational and experience certificates) are to be sent directly to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on Application Form till 21-01-2026.
HOW TO APPLY
- The Candidates are required to apply for the post through National Testing Services Portal with the last date i.e., 21-01-2026 and submit their duly filled in application forms along with two/02 sets of attested photocopies of all relevant certificates/Degrees/Diplomas/experience certificates/domicile certificate, CNIC, character certificate (if any) and 4 passport size photographs in NTS office.
- The Last Date For submission of Application is 21-01-2026.
- The Candidates must apply online by Visiting National Testing Service Website and Candidates are advised to Visit the NTS official site for updates within the specific date.
- The Date of Written Test will be communicated to the Eligible/ Shortlisted Candidates only through NTS and their Roll Number Slips will be uploaded on the relevant portal of the NTS Website.
- The Shortlisted Candidates as per Para-17 of terms and conditions will be called for interview and informed accordingly.
- All candidates should bring their original documents at the time of scrutiny before interview.
- The list of selected candidates will be displayed in concerned institution/hospital and the selected candidates will also be intimated vide postal address or any other source of communication i.e., telephonically.
- Provision of false/fabricated/bogus may lead to strict consequences/action.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appointment in test/interview.
