- Hospital Director
- Education: Master’s in Hospital Management, Health Services, Business Management, Public Health, or Public Administration. Doctors with a medical degree and a management qualification may also apply.
- Experience: 7 years at a senior management level in a major teaching hospital or institution.
- Term: 5-year appointment.
- Finance Director
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICMAP certification, or a Master’s in Finance/Accounts.
- Experience: 5 years (for CAs) or 8 years (for Master’s holders) of post-qualification experience in finance or accounts in a major public/private institution.
- Term: 3-year appointment.
- Deputy Director (Admin & Monitoring)
- Education: MBBS or a Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Hospital Management, Health Services, or Business Management.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a reputed healthcare institute.
