Recognizing the legal status of a corporation after the KWSB Act, 2023, Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) is undergoing a significant transformation to better serve the citizens of Karachi. To support this journey, we are seeking highly motivated, qualified, and experienced professionals for the following positions on a contract basis:
DEPUTY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The Deputy Chief Financial Officer (DCFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Qualification & Experience: ACA / ACMA / ACCA / MBA Finance / M. COM or an equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or ACMA are highly desirable. A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role, preferably in a public sector entity or a utility company. Experience in SAP FI/CO is preferred.

DEPUTY CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR
The Deputy Chief Internal Auditor (DCIA) will assist the Chief Internal Auditor in planning, implementing, and managing the internal audit function to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, as well as to identify and mitigate risks.
Qualification & Experience: ACA / ACMA / ACCA / MBA Finance / M. COM or an equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or ACMA are highly desirable. A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role, preferably in a public sector entity or a utility company. The Deputy Director (Accounts) will be responsible for assisting the Director (Accounts) in managing the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards.

The Deputy Director (IT) supports the Chief Information Technology Officer in planning, implementing, and managing the IT infrastructure and systems to ensure smooth operations, data security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualification & Experience: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a public sector entity, a utility organization, or a large organization. Certifications like PMP, ITIL, COBIT, CISA, SAP would be a plus.

Qualification & Experience: Master's degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or ACMA are highly desirable. SAP Certification is a must.
