INVITES APPLICATIONS FROM QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS
ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR ADMINISTRATION / SECURITY
- Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably at least 5 years in a senior managerial/leadership role. Proven experience in administration, security management and operations. Strong background in policy implementation, staff supervision and discipline management. Experience in educational institutions, corporate sector, armed forces or reputed organizations will be preferred. Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Required Qualification: Master's Degree from a reputable, HEC-recognized university in any of the following fields: Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Security Management. Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications in administration, HR, security management or risk management.
- Key Responsibilities: Overall supervision of administration, security, discipline and operational matters. Development and implementation of administrative and security policies, SOPs and compliance frameworks. Coordination with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Oversight of campus security, transport, facilities management and emergency response systems. Monitoring staff performance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Project Management: Plan, manage, and monitor.
ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR ACADEMIC/HRM
- Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience. Preferably at least 5 years in a senior leadership/managerial role. Proven experience in academic management, curriculum planning, faculty development, HR operations, recruitment, performance management and policy implementation. Experience in reputable educational institutions, universities, school systems or large organizations will be preferred. Strong knowledge of academic regulations, HEC/board requirements, HR policies, labor laws and institutional governance. Excellent communication, leadership, planning and decision-making skills.
- Required Qualification: Master's Degree from a reputable, HEC-recognized university in any of the following fields: Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, Educational Leadership, Management Sciences. Preference will be given to candidates holding MPhil/PhD or professional certifications in HRM, Educational Leadership, Training & Development, or Organizational Development.
- Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership in academic planning, quality assurance and faculty development. Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotions and disciplinary matters. Develop and implement academic and HR policies, SOPs and compliance frameworks. Supervise curriculum development, teacher training programs and academic audits. Monitor staff performance, professional development, and institutional standards. Lead initiatives for organizational development and continuous improvement.
DEPUTY DIRECTOR FINANCE
- Professional Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience. Preferably at least 4 years in a senior managerial/leadership role. Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, accounting, auditing, taxation, compliance and financial reporting. Experience in educational institutions, corporate sector, large organizations or public sector entities will be preferred. Strong command over financial systems, ERP/accounting software, internal controls and risk management. Excellent analytical, leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Required Qualification: Degree from a reputable, HEC-recognized university in any of the following fields: Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, ICMA, Economics. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation laws, audit standards and accounting practices.
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial control systems. Ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting, and timely audits. Manage cash flow, funds allocation, procurement finance and vendor payments. Ensure compliance with taxation laws, regulatory requirements and institutional financial policies. Develop and implement financial SOPs and internal control frameworks. Liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory authorities and financial institutions. Supervise finance team and ensure transparent, efficient, and accountable financial operations.
Terms of Service: Lt Col (Retd) from Armed forces and civilians can apply for the posts of Additional Directors. Maj (Retd) from Armed forces and civilians can apply for the post of Deputy Director Finance. Appointment will be made on a contract basis (as per KGES rules). Initial contract period: 03 years, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Salary PKR 250,000-300,000 per month.
