Vacancies

The Forest Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Manshera District, has vacancies for various posts in the two areas under the Kaghan Forest Division. Applications are invited from interested candidates with the following qualifications.

Terms and Conditions

1. All appointments will be made on a regular basis in accordance with the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
2. The ETEA test will be considered only as a screening test and no marks from the test will be given in the final selection, while recruitments will be made under the proposed government policy.
3. If any candidate is found ineligible for any reason during the scrutiny by the competent authority, the candidate will be disqualified for recruitment at any stage.
4. The shortlisting of candidates will be done according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview by the Departmental Selection Committee based on the merit list.
5. Candidates must obtain 40% marks in the screening test.
6. The interview will be notified via SMS. Therefore, all candidates should not turn off or change their mobile SIM until the recruitment process is complete, otherwise, all responsibility will lie with the candidates.
7. The age limit and educational qualification will be counted up to the last date for receiving applications.
8. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
9. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given according to the current rules.
10. Government employees can send their applications through their department, and a certificate of two years of experience, countersigned by the head of the relevant government, semi-government, or government project, will be acceptable. Preference will be given to individuals associated with the forest sector.
11. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without giving a reason and to change the number of advertised posts or cancel them.
12. No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be given to candidates coming for the test/interview.
13. Selected candidates for the post of Forest Guard will be required to undergo one year of training at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Thana Abottabad.
14. In case of leaving the job before the expiry of the five-year period, the selected Forest Guard will be liable to return all expenses incurred on their training.
15. Original educational documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
16. The waiting list will be considered legally valid for three months after the recruitment process.
17. Only genuine degrees or certificates will be accepted, and their verification will be done by the relevant board after recruitment, the expenses of which will be borne by the candidate themselves. If the degree or certificate turns out to be fake, the concerned candidate will be disqualified from the job.
18. Any candidate who submits a fake degree or certificate will be blacklisted and will not be eligible to apply for any government job in the future.
19. The selected candidate will be required to submit a security bond of Rs. 50,000/- with the department for the training period.
20. The selected candidates will have to submit a certificate of good character from the police.
21. Candidates must have a valid CNIC.
22. The selected candidate will be required to submit a medical certificate from a government hospital.
23. The selected candidate will have to submit a 30% guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee/RF/pledge for the training period, which will be returned after the successful completion of the training period.

2. The candidates must attach a copy of their CNIC and their latest photograph to the UBL/Easypaisa/JazzCash/HBL Connect (Generate Pay Slip) and submit the prescribed fee.
3. The candidates must use their own CNIC and mobile number to apply.
4. The candidates must keep their original pay slip with them.
5. The candidates must provide a valid and correct mobile number and email address on the ETEA website.
6. The last date for online application is October 20, 2025.
7. The candidates must bring their original CNIC and original pay slip to the test center.
8. The candidates must not send any documents to the ETEA office.
9. The candidates must download their roll number slip from the ETEA website and bring it with them to the test center.
