Terms & Conditions
- Both Male/Female applicants having Domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.
- Appointments shall be made on Contract basis as per the Recruitment Policy 2022 (amended till date) initially for a period of 03 years, extendable subject to good performance.
- Detail of all posts can be downloaded from the website of NTS.
- Special Persons disability will accompany attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department with disability code on the card.
- Applicants shall provide original documents at the time of Selection / Interview.
- Age relaxation over upper age limit shall be set as per latest notification by Government of the Punjab.
- Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she must have to submit separate application form for each post.
- Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel.
- Degrees/certificates issued by unrecognized or un-registered foreign university with HEC recognized will be considered invalid.
- Department of any Government reserve the right to cancel the recruitment process or decrease the number of posts at any stage of recruitment process or during service.
- Candidates will bring all the original documents at the time of interview, otherwise they will not be entertained.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
- Department reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any time without any notice in public interest.
- Candidates can obtain 50% pass marks in the NTS test for selection for interview or any administrative decision of the department.
- The eligibility criteria under the special quota/policy for the posts as mentioned above are strictly according to the rules and policies.
- The authority reserves the right to change the terms & conditions, the number of posts or department has the right to refuse to consider the shortlisting criteria for interview or any other matter in the general public interest as per competing circumstances according to the Recruitment Policy 2022.
- The appointment will be made in accordance with the rules and policies.
- The candidates will have to pass the test from the National Testing Service (NTS) or any institute affiliated / registered / recognized by the PMF or any recognized by Public Authority in Punjab.
- The candidates will have to apply for the position through National Testing Service (NTS) as per the advertisement.
- The candidates will have to obtain at least 50% passing marks in the NTS test for selection for interview or any administrative decision of the department.
- Candidates must apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website within 15 Days from the publication of this advertisement.
- Candidates shall apply online by visiting the NTS website along with deposit slip of prescribed test fee in any online branch of HBL, MCB, or ABL. Candidates are required to submit only through NTS along with all required documents (educational and experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, etc.) within 15 Days from the publication of this advertisement.
- The Last Date for submission of Application(s) is 20-01-2026.
HOW TO APPLY
- Candidates must apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website within 15 Days from the publication of this advertisement i.e. submit their duly filled in application form along with prescribed fee deposit slip (original), attested copies of all educational and experience certificates, domicile certificate, CNIC copy, and two recent passport size photographs.
- Candidates can obtain 50% pass marks in the NTS test for selection for interview or any administrative decision of the department.
- The Last Date for submission of Application(s) is 20-01-2026.
- The Candidates will have to pass the test from the National Testing Service (NTS) or any institute affiliated/registered/recognized by Public Authority in Punjab.
- Roll Number Slips will be uploaded on the relevant portal of NTS through NTS.
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and informed through NTS website and communication telephone number.
- Provision of seat to the candidate is not the guarantee of recruitment. Original documents will be checked at the time of interview and claimed accordingly.
- The selected candidates will be posted in concerned institution / hospital and the department has the right to post them to any other institution as per the need and requirement. No T.A/D.A shall be admissible.
