Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:
MIDDLE MANAGEMENT - PORTFOLIO & PRICING
Job Scope:
Responsible for developing and implementing Sales and pricing strategy for lubricants in all channels i.e. Retail, High Street & Industrial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop category driven lubricant strategy
- Select effective channel mix to drive the aforementioned category driven strategy
- Develop and execute category and channel plans to achieve objectives of volume and profitability, market coverage and reach
- Analyze industry data, market opportunities, key learnings & consumer insight to modify category plans as required
- Driving strategy implementation across categories and channels by liaising with sales, trade marketing, sales coordinator, brand supply chain and production
- Execute the portfolio strategy and suggest future product launches and/or changes to the product
- Develop Sales and channel monitoring mechanism and system. Liaise with stakeholders to aid in development of lubricant track and trace system which is integrated with SAP
- Create, maintain and distribute reports, trackers and various spreadsheets for management and sales
- Monitor margins and create a framework for pricing and discounting
- Develop and streamline Forecasting for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
- Monitor monthly external price drivers, by counter return discounts and present findings and suggestions to management
- Conduct price related research and customer surveys to understand price drivers, brand equity and price elasticity
- Driving the strategic price positioning of category as per business and brand plan
- Undertake any other task or function as maybe assigned by the management
Education:
Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization among which 2-6 years of functional experience in Lubricant, Pricing, business development, sales.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership, team management, conflict resolution, decision making, strategic thinking, time management, presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and should be good with numbers and tool Excel, Power Point etc.
- Should be adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - INCHARGE WAREHOUSE
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring & maintaining of Minimum Inventory Level (MIL) of small packed products at KLP
- Coordination with all Business Managers, DMs and sales staff to meet their lubricant requirement
- Facility Management to ensure safe and efficient handling of products (storage & dispatches) at assigned location
- Coordinate with Manager-LMT / Manager-LMP-A for timely requirement of finished product to meet customer requirement
- Ensure compliance of SOPs, HSE procedures, security of location, Quality Management System, management guidelines, relevant legal laws, for ensuring safe and smooth operational activities to be carried out. Includes coordination with internal agencies for resolving safety and security matters of the internal security and administration.
- Inventory management with stringent control on product variation to achieve loss/gain objectives
- Responsible for efficient dispatch of finished goods from LMT to Upcountry depots and customer locations and ensuring optimum inventory of Finished Product at LMT & all Upcountry depots at all time
- Coordination with Cartage contractors to arrange vehicles for product transportation from KLP to different company's locations or customers
- Coordinate with SAP business key user to resolve SAP related issues during the process
Education:
Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution.
Experience:

JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION - SALES (South)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with key customers, including industrial clients, distributors, and supply chain partners
- Conduct site visits and meetings with customers to understand their needs, provide technical product information, and offer solutions tailored to their operations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms with business clients
- Provide clients technical advice on chemical product selection, handling, and safe handling. Stay up-to-date on regulatory compliance, chemical safety standards, and industry developments
- Explore new business opportunities within the chemicals sector, including partnerships, distribution agreements, and market expansion
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, market analyses, and reports for senior management
- Collaborate with teams such as revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition, and take corrective action when necessary
- Ensure adequate inventory, supply chain and logistics to meet customer demands timely of products and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly

- This role requires a deep understanding of the chemicals industry, strong technical expertise, and excellent sales and negotiation skills
- The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, build long-term relationships with clients, and contribute to the company's revenue growth and market expansion
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing industrial chemicals trade

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIAL GOVERNANCE (ESG)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the company's ESG data collection and conduct administrative oversight of the ESG data, train new users, identify and implement enhancements to the platform
- Define and implement appropriate ESG policies, procedures, guidelines, regions and functions to establish robust data collection functionality and data verification/assurance capabilities
- Monitor and ensure the timely collection and submission of ESG data from departments and functions to perform analysis, create dashboards and reports for senior management, brands, regions and functions and for external reporting on ESG performance and progress
- Prepare data, metrics, and qualitative information for use in responding to external ESG Ratings, and investor questionnaires
- Contribute to the annual data collection and verification process for company's ESG report
- Administer the DOM ESG data manage and data analysis (direct and indirect not remote)
Education:

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding of customer needs, behaviors and pain points through research, analytics and feedback and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and development, and lead. Suggest and implement best practices/ideas for company's digital products and services
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering during ideation, strategy, design & PRD and take all stakeholders onboard with various stages of product management
- Build business cases, prepare revenue projections and evaluate impact on product data analyses and prepare presentations
- Manage product roadmap and ensure product solutions include impacts on all areas of the system: back end, middleware and front end
- Work closely with cross-functional technical solution partner for development and integration of various projects, carry out UAT, joint roll-out of products and services
