The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites applications from a dynamic and experienced professional to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Education Testing Council (ETC). The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in developing and managing effective evaluation systems, with strong administrative expertise in human resource and financial management. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate experience in leveraging technology-driven solutions to enhance testing and evaluation processes. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are essential to successfully lead the organization.

- Salary Package: Equivalent to MP-I
- Tenure: 03 years
- Maximum Age: 60 years
- Number of Post(s): 01
- Post Quota: Merit
Qualification & Experience
- BS / MSc degree (16 years of education in any discipline)
- Twenty (20) years of experience in a position of progressively higher responsibility in academia, government or business, with a significant competence in jobs pertaining to the design or operations of evaluations system. A minimum of five years of experience should be at the senior management level.
- "Experience" means experience gained after obtaining the required qualification.
